Purpose
SOAP means "Simple Object Access Protocol" and is a standardized way for XML-based messages (for more information, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SOAP). The PBX uses this method for purposes such as sending call data records.

Available SOAP Requests
- Accessing the internal database: Access to the Database
- Interaction with an IVR node: Linking External Application Server to an IVR Node
- Sending call data records to an external application: Processing CDR from the PBX
- Showing the Agent Group Status: Agent Group Interaction with SOAP
