Information about the Provider

Voxitas, a division of NetLogic, Inc., is a Quality of Service (QoS) Business-Class ITSP (Internet telephony service provider). The Company offers feature-rich, next generation VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) telephony services, utilizing SIP trunks. In addition, the Company provides long distance, Internet, toll-free and emergency 911 services to single and multi-site IPBX systems, in-bound and out-bound call centers, small to medium-sized enterprises, and wholesale carriers.

Registering your System:

Your system will need to register to the server indicated above in order to receive calls. If your equipment is unable to perform a standard SIP REGISTER contact our support staff and they can assist you. You will need to have a static IP address assigned to your system in order to operate without a REGISTER.

Receiving and Placing Phone Calls:

Netlogic uses the E.164 numbering standard for all phone calls received or placed through our network. Your equipment will need to be configured to receive calls as +1NXXNXXXXXX. When placing calls your system will have to handle the proper translation to E.164 format. Calls placed on the True Voice network must be in one of the following formats of +1NXXNXXXXXX or *XXX or X11.
